Phase 3: Validation

The Validation phase enforces quality on extracted data. It applies type constraints, format checks, and the configurable confidence gate (default 0.85) to determine which values are accepted and which are flagged for review. Reference tables are consulted to normalize values, and the Schema Graph enforces field-level constraints. Values below the confidence gate are routed to the Re-read phase for cross-checking.
