Phase 4: Re-read

The Re-read phase is the final quality pass in the extraction pipeline. It cross-checks flagged and low-confidence values from Validation by performing a second extraction attempt using different strategies. Values that improve above the confidence gate are accepted automatically. The reasoning trace records both extraction attempts, providing a complete per-cell provenance trail for audit purposes.
